With a fully equipped onsite tool room and laser cutting equipment we can produce fixtures and holding devices for both pad and digital printing machines.

Sampling Service

If you are looking to start production and want a partner to develop the printing process prior to purchasing a printing machine Kingsway Print can help. We can offer artwork, plates and sample printing and can then work with the UK largest Pad ad digital machine supplier to recommend equipment and be involved with installation and training.

Graphics and Design

Ideally customers would supply artwork in .PDF .AI or .CDR vector format but we know this is not always possible.

We have our own design team that can take your images and redraw or convert these to the correct format.

Plate Manufacture

Kingsway Printers is one of the few UK trade printers that has its own onsite chemical etching plant that can product high precision steel printing plates. This gives us the option to select the correct plate for the application based on print run quantity or image design. Options start from low cost water wash nylo plates for short runs to thick steel plate capable of printing over a million parts.

Ink Selection and Colour Matching

Kingsway Print has its own colour laboratory and can select inks for optimum adhesion and durability on most materials and surface coatings. Colours can be matched to internationally recognised systems such as Pantone and RAL or to customer samples.
