If you are looking to start production and want a partner to develop the printing process prior to purchasing a printing machine, Kingsway Print can help.
We can offer artwork, plates and sample printing using either pad or UV digital machines so you can get your products to market. We can then work with you to either continue printing your parts or supply you with equipment for you to print in-house.
We offer a service for formulating printed colour matches onto coloured substrates, giving the printer even greater flexibility.
We can match colours to Pantone, RAL or to a sample print.
We can also supply ready mixed colour matches for both pad and screen printing inks with a small minimum quantity of 1kg.
Kingsway Print can even supply test 100ml pots with a mixing charge.
Kingsway Print is one of the few UK trade printers that has its own onsite chemical etching plant that can produce high precision steel printing plates. This gives us the option to select the correct plate for the application based on print run quantity or image design. Options start from low cost water wash nylo plates for short runs to thick steel plate capable of printing over a million parts.
